Nothing loads until you accept
Neither analytics tool is needed to serve you a page, so neither one is loaded until you accept the banner. Refusing is the same single click as accepting, and refusing means the scripts are never added to the page at all rather than added and told to be quiet.
Google Analytics 4
Measurement ID G-1H1JTX7DPZ, run by Google. If you accept, it records page views, referrers, approximate location from your IP address, and your device and browser type, against a randomly generated identifier. We use it to see which pages are read. It is not linked to advertising and we run no ad products.
PostHog
Product analytics, run by PostHog, on their US cloud. If you accept, it records page views and interaction events against a randomly generated device identifier. Session replay is switched off in the code that loads it, not merely in a dashboard setting, so we do not record your screen.
The newsletter
If you subscribe we store your email address, a confirmation flag and a random confirmation token, and nothing else. No name, no IP address, no tracking pixel in the mail. Unsubscribing removes the row. The list is never sold, rented or shared.
Where the data goes
Google and PostHog process this data in the United States on our instructions. Transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU to US Data Privacy Framework and, where that does not cover a recipient, on standard contractual clauses. The newsletter list sits in a Cloudflare database.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, have it corrected or deleted, object to it, or withdraw consent at any time, and the request does not have to be phrased legally. If we handle it badly you can complain to your national supervisory authority; in Spain that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

Change your mind
Withdrawing is the same one click as giving. This clears the stored answer and asks again; nothing further is collected after that.
This page describes what the site does today. Any new tool means a new banner, not an inherited yes.
