These are observations, not brochures. Wondering what a sunbed actually costs? The ranked Sunbed Index covers every venue on the coast. What lunch on the sand runs to? The chiringuito census does the same for espeto. We re-check them through the season, and when a price moves, it gets named on the Wire. That is the whole point.
Gyms get the same treatment: real membership prices, read off each Marbella club's own site, never blended into one average, on the gym membership price census. And rent has its own ledger now: the ministry's tax-data medians town by town next to the portal's per-zone asking figures, kept apart on purpose, on the rent index by area. Villas get their own census too: what a detached house asks area by area, what each price band actually buys in built and plot metres, and which gated communities are villa estates, on the Marbella villas price page.
The first price of any stay is the ride in from Malaga airport: coach, taxi and toll fares, each traced to the operator or authority that publishes it, on the getting to Marbella guide.
