Halal restaurants in Marbella
Six places make a halal statement on their own website or ordering menu. The wording matters: some describe a whole kitchen, some only their meat, and one prepares halal products in a kitchen that also handles pork.
We include a restaurant only when a venue-controlled page makes a specific halal claim. We do not infer suitability from cuisine, ownership, reviews or a directory badge. The label on each entry repeats the narrowest claim we could verify.
Six claims, compared honestly
Open the cited venue page before booking. Certification, suppliers, alcohol policy, shared equipment and menus can change independently.
- 01 · Namaste IndiaSan Pedro de Alcántara · Indian · Venue claims a 100% halal kitchenIts site says all meat comes from certified halal suppliers, with no pork and no alcohol used in the kitchen.Check the venue's claim →
- 02 · MAA Indian RestaurantNueva Andalucía · Indian · Venue displays a 100% halal claimIts site uses both “100% Halal” and “Certificado Halal”. The same online menu has alcoholic-drink categories, so confirm what the certification covers if that distinction matters.Check the venue's claim →
03 · BUNNERS MarbellaNueva Andalucía · Smash burgers · Beef and chicken described as halal-certifiedThe ordering menu marks its burger meat and chicken as halal-certified. What halal means on this page
A statement that meat is halal does not prove that every ingredient, utensil or preparation area follows the same standard. A restaurant can serve halal-certified meat and also serve alcohol; a mixed kitchen can offer a careful halal substitution while still handling pork. If your requirement depends on a named certifier, separate storage, dedicated fryers, no alcohol on site or no cross-contact, ask those questions directly. This page records what each business says, not an independent religious certification.
Four questions worth asking
Ask whether the whole kitchen is halal or only named meats; who certifies the meat and whether the certificate is current; whether pork, alcohol or shared fryers are present; and whether your dish will use separate utensils or preparation space. Desidero publishes unusually specific handling detail, including a glove change, but also says its standard menu contains pork in the same kitchen. MAA marks itself 100% halal while its online menu contains beer, wine and spirits categories, so diners whose standard excludes alcohol on site should clarify the scope before booking.
