Where exactly is Los Tres Pepes on Playa de la Fontanilla?
It sits at the first arc (arco) of the beach closest to Marbella's old town, reached by stairs or a ramp from the paseo marítimo. The current site has been in use since 1959, after the chiringuito opened a few hundred metres away in 1952.
What should you order at Los Tres Pepes?
Espeto (sardines or a larger wild fish skewered and grilled over an open wood fire on the sand) is the dish the kitchen is known for, including turbot and other catch over a kilo.
