How this atlas is built

A neighbourhood appears here because venues in our index carry its name in their own geocoded address, and it is counted by that address rather than by a marketing radius. Property medians come from our own harvest and are shown only where the pool holds an area under exactly that name, so several neighbourhoods carry venues and no median. Nothing on this page is estimated to fill a gap.
