Search for a punto limpio in Marbella and you will not find one in the usual sense. What the council actually runs is 18 unstaffed street modules, spread across 5 districts, for small special waste only, plus one real drive-in facility that takes almost everything else.

The short answer
There is no staffed drop-off centre. The 18 street modules take small special waste only, with no published hours and no phone, because they are unstaffed by design. For anything bigger, the actual answer is the Depósito municipal de residuos.
The Depósito municipal de residuos
This is the real facility: rubble from minor works, garden waste, furniture, paint, electricals, car batteries, all with a published per-item cap. It sits in the Polígono La Ermita industrial estate, and its hours are published as provisional, which the council's own site states rather than a fixed schedule.

One or more per district, for small special waste: batteries, medicines, light bulbs, aerosols, ink cartridges, used cooking oil, clothing and footwear. No hours are published because there is nobody staffing them; you use them when you pass.

This is a phone-first service, not a drop-off. Ring between {figCallHours}, before you leave anything, and only then put it out between {figDepositHours}. The council states plainly that skipping the call is grounds for a fine. The same council also runs the paperwork page.
