Marbella to draw lots for 25 affordable homes
Marbella town hall will allocate 25 social‑housing flats on the Golden Mile by a public draw before year‑end; half are earmarked for applicants under 35. Each successful applicant will receive a €10,000 grant from the council and a €6,000 contribution from the developer.
