Azalea Beach
The beachside quarter immediately east of Puerto Banús, bounded to the west by the Río Guadaiza and to the east by Calle Ventura del Mar, with the San Pedro seafront a walk along the boardwalk in the other direction.
Less a single urbanización than a macro-community of a dozen or so gated developments raised on this ground since 1998: Ventura del Mar, the Embrujo complexes, Jardines de Aldaba and their neighbours, nearly all low-rise residential in semi-tropical gardens with pools, plus a few individual villa plots and a strip of shops and restaurants along the main road.
