In San Pedro Beachside, between the Río Guadaiza (next to Puerto Banús) and Guadalmina.
A well-established townhouse community with larger-than-average private gardens. It carries the title of Manuel Gutiérrez de la Concha, 1st Marqués del Duero, who founded the Colonia Agrícola de San Pedro Alcántara here in 1860, one of the most modern agro-industrial estates in 19th-century Spain, on around 5,000 hectares with its own sugar works.
