BlueBay, with a 49 per cent stake in NAS Spain alongside Sheikh Abdullah Al‑Thani’s 51 per cent, now runs the company that holds almost 97 per cent of Malaga CF’s shares after appointing Jamal Satli and Javier García Recio as directors.
