Innovasur becomes reference shareholder in Cívica
The partnership creates a platform with more than €56 million in revenue and about 800 staff, and Innovasur, which posted a €40 million turnover in 2025, now sits as Cívica’s reference shareholder without a majority stake, giving the combined entity €56 million in revenue.
